We will never mail you unwanted information: When you order from us, you get control on what information we send to you. You can choose to keep a separate correspondence email id with us. If you do NOT want it, we will NOT send you any order confirmation, invoice, shipping confirmation or satisfaction surveys.

We will NOT send you e-mails without your consent: If you do not want it, we will NEVER send you snail mails or even e-mails without your consent. Your shipping address: This is used to ship your order. You can change it for every order and we will NEVER send anything else to this address except your order itself.

Your phone number: This is used only for purposes of helping the courier delivery person track you. The concealed packing of the orders ensures that the courier delivery person does not get to know anything about your order or you. We may also call you on the phone number provided to confirm the order before dispatching OR for any other purpose related to the order placed on amaraco.in

Your credit card information: Your Credit Card/Debit/Bank account information is used only to process the transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the estimate delivery time & how can I track my order?

We usually process and ship all orders within 4-6 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via email, and with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order’s status.

What payment options are available on AMARA?

Currently, we accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI.

Is there any shipping fees?

For orders within India, we offer free shipping when you pay using Debit, Credit Cards or UPI.

Refund policy

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is visibly defective or damaged upon delivery. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes.
To help us assess the issue better, please record a 360° unboxing video from the moment you open the package until the product is fully visible. This helps us verify damages and process your request faster.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin your request, please email us at amarasilverjewellery@gmail.com with the subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order Number. Include the following details:

  • Your order number
    (If unavailable, the original purchaser’s full name & email address are enough.)
  • The return pickup address
  • Your unboxing video (Google Drive link or attachment)

Our team will verify the details and send you the return/exchange shipping instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed only after we have received your returned item and it has successfully passed our inspection. Once the quality check is complete, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

General Care

All products by AMARA are of assured quality and purity. All products are of guaranteed 925 Sterling Silver. In case of any damage to the product; please inform us so that we can help you out as much as possible.

Jewellery Care

Do’s: 

  1. Wear jewellery post completion of make-up.
  2. Thoroughly dry your jewellery if its exposed to water or other liquids.
  3. Gently wipe jewellery after removing to get rid of skin oils, dust and makeup.

Don’t:

  1. Do not use makeup, perfume, hair sprays, sanitisers etc. directly on the Jewellery as it can damage the jewellery.
  2. Do not immerse in water as it could affect the shine of the jewellery.
  3. Remove jewellery during cleaning & while exercising.
